What is the CBAP® exam format?
The CBAP® exam is a computer-based exam that consists of 120 multiple-choice questions. The exam duration is 3.5 hours. The exam questions are based on the BABOK® Guide and are both scenario and case study-based.
What is the passing score for the CBAP® exam?
The passing score for the CBAP® exam is not disclosed by the IIBA. However, it is estimated that the passing score is around 70%. The exam results are reported as pass or fail, along with the performance in each knowledge area.
How long is the CBAP® exam validity?
Once your CBAP® application is approved, you have one year to take the exam. You can take the exam up to three times within the one-year period. If you do not pass the exam within the one-year period, you will need to reapply and pay the application fee again.
