Project and Program Management: Lead Crisis Manager Training
By the end of the PECB Lead Crisis Manager training course, participants will have the skills necessary to assist an organisation in developing a strategic crisis management capability in accordance with ISO 22361, as well as in reviewing and upgrading that capability on an ongoing basis. In addition, the article details how to effectively set up a crisis management framework and the basic concepts and principles of crisis management. The training course will not only explain the theoretical ideas connected to crisis management, but will also include practical examples and scenario-based exams to help you strengthen your knowledge and get ready for real-world scenarios involving crisis management.
