Course Description
Autodesk CFD software is a great simulation tool for solving practical problems of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) design for commercial buildings. This training course will provide attendees with strategies and techniques as applied to MEP design analysis to achieve better designs.
After completing this course attendees will learn everything they need to know about Revit MEP software, the topics will include managing the project template; creating 2D annotation symbols and electrical families; creating more efficient diagrams; using filters for your electrical systems, and laying out fixtures. Attending this course delegates learn how to use Revit MEP software and hot it can be a very powerful modeling tool that enables the delegates to explore the building design for a mechanical system.
What Do Participants Learn?
- Learn different techniques for efficient diagrams and discover why it's better in Revit
- Learn how to create efficient 2D annotations and electrical families
- Learn how to use filters for better workflow
- Learn about coordination practices between electrical and mechanical, plumbing, and lighting, and discuss
- To help professionals to move towards more collaborative, automated and more successful ways of working
- Use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to improve accuracy, reduce and resolve clashes, and optimize building systems design.
- BIM helps project teams improve collaboration, share data, and speed project delivery from design to construction.
- Use CFD model results to optimize your building and gain energy savings
- Properly import an intelligent model into CFD modeling software
