Leadership has a crucial role in every aspect of our lives and in every occupation. What are the contemporary issues related to leadership and management necessary for a registered nurse? All nurses have leadership and to some extent management responsibilities.
The topics of this course will include characteristics of effective leadership and decision making, the health care workforce, changing the dynamic of policy and practices of healthcare, quality, and safety in healthcare.
