Course Description
This Evaluating Performance & Quality Control on Employees course examines the role of performance evaluation, management, and quality control in supporting the strategic objectives of the organization and how an adequate system in this area can contribute to driving employee performance. The module will equip participants with the necessary skills and a critical understanding of the performance review process, as well as its challenges.
