Because of frequent , often daily exposure to wastewater this course is essential for engineers and operators of wastewater treatment plants in order to know the types of wastes inside wastewater treatment plants, its characteristics and ways to handle it and then ways to get rid of it , operators will be informed about waste sources , quantities and regulations for reuse and disposal , many aerobic and anaerobic techniques will be discussed like composting , conditioning , dewatering , heat drying and anaerobic digestion. In each one design and operation, details will be discussed with real case studies to enrich the participant’s experiences.
