Course Description
This program is conducted as a combination of themed lectures and group exercises and aims to help the delegates appreciate the key difference between case underwriting and portfolio management. The participants will understand how to interpret indicators, identify portfolio hot spots and outline portfolio remediation plans. In addition, they will also understand the strategic importance of portfolio management for any insurance business, gain an awareness of the internal and external drivers of portfolio results and become familiar with the process of influencing the portfolio outcomes for delivering the strategic goals for the business.
